Delete your account
Before you delete, export your history: open a vehicle in the app and choose Export CSV (available on every plan). Once your account is deleted we cannot recover it.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open MyGlovebox and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Delete by request
If you can’t access the app, email [CONTACT] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Account deletion permanently removes:
- Your profile and sign-in identifier
- All vehicles, service records, reminders, and mileage history
- All uploaded files (receipts, photos, documents)
- All share links (any live link stops working immediately)
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, transaction records for completed subscription payments. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to rebuild your account.
Canceling your subscription
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play (or your web account) to stop future billing.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
