Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and [COMPANY] (“MyGlovebox,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the MyGlovebox app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of the vehicle information, records, photos, and documents you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including rendering a share page when you choose to create one. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the accuracy of what you record.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
  • Do not misrepresent a vehicle’s history or use the Service to deceive a buyer.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

MyGlovebox offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores and governed by their terms; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed by our payment processor. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the store you purchased from or your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law or a store’s policy, payments are non-refundable.

Share links & “receipt-verified”

“Receipt-verified” and “documented” mean that an entry has a receipt or record attached by the owner. It is not an independent authentication of the work performed and is not a warranty or a vehicle title. You are responsible for what you choose to publish on a share page.

Data export and deletion

You can export your history as CSV at any time and delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy and deletion page.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Maintenance intervals and reminders are estimates and do not replace your vehicle manufacturer’s guidance or a qualified mechanic’s judgment. We do not guarantee that OCR auto-fill is accurate; always review pre-filled values.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGlovebox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be dated above.
