Getting started
MyGlovebox turns every service into receipt-backed proof. Here's how to go from a fresh account to a documented car in a few minutes.
Create your account
Download the MyGlovebox app, or sign in to the web garage at myglovebox.ai/app with the same email and password. One account keeps your phone and the web portal in sync.
Add your first vehicle
Scan or type the 17-character VIN and MyGlovebox fills in the year, make, model, trim, and engine. Add your current mileage so reminders can start tracking. See Adding a vehicle for the full flow.
Log a service
Tap Log service, snap the receipt, and save. A receipt-backed entry lands on the timeline with a verified checkmark — the record a buyer can trust later.
Turn on reminders
Accept the common reminders at setup or add your own. Set a mileage interval, a time interval, or both, and MyGlovebox nudges you before each one comes due.
Share when it's time to sell
On Premium, create a read-only history link buyers can open — receipt-verified, with no personal information. You control whether costs show, and you can revoke it anytime.
